Equipment characteristics：
This equipment is mainly for production PVC WPC door panel,foam panel,stone plastic door panel,hollow board and other profiles in width of 600-1200mm,according to different product thicknesses,and dimensions,can equip with different extruder such as SJZ80/156 or SJZ92/188 to start the production.PVC door panel production line consists of conical twin-screw extruder,panel mold,forming die,cooling and forming table,caterpillar tractor,transverse cutting machine and discharge shelf.All electrical appliance use the imported brands such as Siemens,Schneider,etc.Which are easy to operate,and with newwst production processess,formula,technology and so on.
The products can be used for indoor,outdoor,partition,window board and so on.The products of PVC wide door panel door production line,collect both of the wood an dplastic's characteristics,not only have the unique appearance,but also overcome the deficiency o fthe natural wood,with the similar wooden processing performance,the rate can be controlled at the range of 0.6-0.9/cm3,can be sawed,ingots,planning,can be finished with wooden tools.WPC material an dproducts has many characteristics as strong acid and alkali resistance,water-resistance,corrosion resistance,not easily be wormed,anti-aging,antistatic,flame retardant and so on.
