Equipment characteristics：
SKR-SJZ series conical twin screw extruder is a special equipment suitable for all kinds of PVC powder extrusion molding. With different molds and auxiliary machines can produce all kinds of PVC plastic pipe,profile,plate,sheet,bar and granules.
Barrel using a special cooling system, specially designed cooling, temperature control accuracy can reach ±1℃. According to different users' formulation requirements, most reasonable barrel screws can be made to achieve the best plasticizing state and material quality. The barrel screw adopts the material such as imported high-quality alloy steel 38CrMoALA,42CrMo(JIS SCM440),9Cr18MoV,CW6Mo5Cr4V2,SKD61,via high precision special CNC milling processing, can ensure each same kind extruder own highly consistent extrusion performance. The special design of the gearbox, bearings extra increase, original imported from Germany, the transmission lifetime high, can withstand greater extrusion pressure. Electrical system mainly use imported components, with multiple alarm system, few faults can be easily eliminated.
