PVC Hot-cutting Granulation Line
Features:
1.PVC Hot cutting granulation line consists mainly Conical twin screw extruder, pelletizing head, centrifugal cyclone, vibrating distributed screen and storage barrel, which has realized the chemical raw materials automatic granulating integration.
2.Low shear and high mixing’s screw design ensure the good running of the granulation production, the stable basis makes the granules even, full and smooth with good color. Multi-component dosing system ensure the raw material configuration more effective to match the precise blades, then ensure the section flat and smooth.
3.The equipment material use the good carbon steel, through hard flipping processing, the mould is durable in use. Reasonable distributing runners, can ensure the granule’s even extrusion. Unique 3D cooling structure, make the cooling more effective, multiple powerful blowers combining with newly cooling idea ensure the granule’s good quality.
Application: This PVC hot cutting granulation line can be used for many kinds plastic product’s recycling granulation, such as shoes material granulation, wire material granulation, sport equipment granulation, toys, daily necessities and so on
