SKR PVC pipe making machine consists of conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum sizing tank, traction machine, cutting machine, stacker, which mainly used for producing PVC pipes for agricultural & building water supply and drainage, electric wire and cable laying and other fields.

Extruder and tractor adopts imported AC frequency control device, both of vacuum pump and traction motor use the best of domestic brands. Tractor can be equipped with 2 claws,3 claws,4 claws,6 claws and 8 claws according to the pipes diameter. Cutting machine can choose planetary cutting or annular cutting type, additional with meters and intensifying device. According to user's requirements, our company can allocate special devices to produce inner wall spiral tube, inner wall hollow tube and core layer foam pipe units to exchange the extruder, so can produce PP,PE,ABS,PPR,silicon core pipe and other material pipes.
